Assassin's Creed Reveals Unexpected AoT Event for Thanksgiving
In a bizarre collaboration that breaks traditional expectations, the game developer has revealed an in-game collaboration between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the renowned anime series Attack on Titan. The unusual holiday event runs from November 25 through December 22, providing free additional story content for Shadows players.
Strange Adventure Disclosed
According to the authorized announcement, "A strange meeting draws protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a original quest, where rumors of banned ceremonies and terrifying metamorphoses echo through the shadows." The plot features a "unusually garbed woman named Ada" who tasks the characters with journeying into the Crystal Cave—a important location from Attack on Titan—to save her companion from a clandestine cult.
The questline concentrates on "bizarre trials and a terrifying enemy" and is open to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.
Iconic Settings and Metamorphoses
The preview features the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was earlier where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through ages. The preview concludes with a striking moment showing a character, presumably the captive, changing into a Titan that looms over Naoe and Yasuke.
