Site plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this latest document drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing various areas of the property.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
